Privacy

Where On Earth? is a free daily game. This page says what it stores and why. Short version: no cookies, no adverts, no tracking, and an account is optional.

Without an account

Today's game, your results and your stats are saved in your own browser (local storage) so the game remembers where you are. They never leave your device.

With an account (optional)

• Your email address, to send you sign-in codes. It isn't shown to anyone or used for anything else.
• The name you choose, shown on the leaderboard.
• Your daily results and guesses, so your score counts on the leaderboard and your daily is marked as played on all your devices.

This is stored with Supabase (servers in London, UK). Sign-in emails are sent through an email service. You can delete your account at any time from the account panel (the Sign in button), which removes everything above straight away.

Visitor numbers

The site may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you.
